As a regulated pharmaceutical entity, we enforce strict compliance with local laws regulating medical and pharmaceutical distribution:

• Licensed Entities Only: B2B wholesale orders for prescription-only medicines (POM) and pharmacy-only lines will only be fulfilled for verified licensed pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, or certified wholesale distributors.
• Credential Verification: Clients must maintain up-to-date documentation on file with us, including valid Pharmacy Council Ghana licenses and FDA registration credentials.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your user account credentials and for all commercial transactions executed through your account.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All product orders placed through our sales representatives or online portals are subject to acceptance and availability:

• Quotations & Pricing: Product prices are quoted in Ghana Cedi (GHS) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to market adjustments, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed rate.
• Order Confirmation: An automated order placement receipt does not constitute final binding acceptance. We reserve the right to audit licenses or verify stock availability prior to dispatch.
• Batch & Expiry Minimums: We guarantee that all pharmaceutical stock distributed meets rigorous FDA shelf-life standards upon dispatch.

We manage nationwide distribution using specialized cold-chain and standard pharmaceutical transit procedures:

• Delivery Inspection: The purchasing entity must inspect delivered parcels immediately upon arrival. Any physical damage, quantity discrepancies, or batch variances must be documented on the delivery manifest.
• Risk & Title Transfer: Title and risk of loss transfer to the buying facility upon signed receipt of goods at the designated delivery point.

5. Returns, Claims, and Pharmacovigilance

Due to health safety regulations and storage integrity requirements for medicinal products, strict conditions apply to returns:

• Discrepancy Reporting: Shipping errors or damaged goods must be formally reported to our office within 48 hours of delivery.
• Cold-Chain Items: Thermolabile products requiring continuous cold-chain storage cannot be accepted for return or credit once signed for, ensuring non-compromised public safety.
• Product Recalls: In the rare event of an official manufacturer or FDA-mandated product recall, clients must cooperate immediately with our pharmacovigilance team to isolate and return affected lots.

All contents on this site—including text, logos, custom graphics, proprietary drug brand packaging designs, software code, and trade names—are the exclusive intellectual property of Yellow & Orange Pharmaceutical Limited. 7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Yellow & Orange Pharmaceutical Limited shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, improper storage conditions by third-party buyers, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
